We had a great family ski trip at the Rockresort, thanks to its spacious apartments and excellent proximity to the ski lifts. The steam room in our apartment was a luxury that made our evenings blissful after a long day on the slopes. However, the pricing for some amenities, like extra pillows and access to the hotel facilities, was a bit surprising. While it was overall enjoyable, we noticed the customer service could improve in clarity regarding what’s included during the stay.

The spacious apartment was well-equipped for our needs, making it a great spot for self-catering.
